Covid Procedures

Covid Control Measures

We have carried out covid risk assessment and added some additional procedures to reduce the risk of spreading the virus at our premises. 

  • When you arrive at Royds Cat Hotel, please phone 07808966256 from the car park for instructions.

  • Customers are required to wear face coverings and use the hand sanitiser provided on arrival

  • All arrivals & departures will be conducted in the reception only and we will take them to the pen.

  • We have a new bank style counter between the kitchen and reception, where we can discuss details of you cats stay.​

  • We disinfect all door handles / surfaces touched by customers after each visit.

  • If you have any covid symptoms or have been advised to self-isolate or self-quarantine, please do not visit our premises.

  • We offer contact free drop offs and collections in our customer car park if you prefer not to come into the building.

Cancellations & Amendments

  • If you know that you need to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible. 

  • ​If you would like to re-book for new dates or amend a existing booking you are welcome to do so, subject to availability.

  • Please note we are waiving the our cancellation period referred to in the Terms and Conditions during the pandemic and all deposits will refunded or transferred to another stay.

Viewings

  • We are now able to provide viewings in the cattery provided you are able to wear a mask.

  • There are also walk-through videos on the Gallery tab and on our face book page.
